रिलायंस जियो इन्फोकॉम के चेयरमैन पद में फेरबदल।

PC : GETTYIMAGES के रीपोर्ट अनुसार भारत के सबसे बड़े व्यवसायी और एशिया के सबसे बड़े अरबपति मुकेश अंबानी ने रिलायंस जियो के निदेशक पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। अंबानी ने 27 जून,२०२२ को कंपनी के निदेशक पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था।

रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक बेटे आकाश अंबानी अब रिलायंस जियो के चेयरमैन होंगे। आकाश वर्तमान में जियो के बोर्ड में गैर-कार्यकारी निदेशक के रूप में कार्यरत हैं।

नवंबर माह की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, ऐसी खबरें थीं कि मुकेश अंबानी रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के कारोबार को बेटे-बेटियों में बांटकर कुशल उद्यमी बनकर रिटायर हो सकते हैं।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक रिलायंस जियो ने आकाश अंबानी को अपना नया चेयरमैन और पंकज मोहन पवार को प्रबंध निदेशक बनाया है। जियो ने पांच साल के लिए रमिंदर सिंह अग्रवाल और केवी चौधरी को स्वतंत्र निदेशक भी नियुक्त किया है।

हालांकि मुकेश अंबानी जियो प्लेटफॉर्म लिमिटेड के चेयरमैन बने रहेंगे। जियो प्लेटफॉर्म लिमिटेड रिलायंस जियो इन्फोकॉम का एकमात्र मालिक है। जियो प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से, रिलायंस अपने दूरसंचार, जियो फाइबर, प्रौद्योगिकी उत्पादों और अन्य सेवाएं प्रदान करता है, और मुकेश अंबानी खासी पुत्र को इसकी एक सहायक कंपनी रिलायंस जियो इन्फोकॉम के बोर्ड से अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। Reliance Geo Infocomm भारत में मोबाइल टेलीकॉम सेवाएं और हाई स्पीड जियो फाइबर सेवाएं प्रदान करता है। इसके अलावा मुकेश अंबानी टेलीकॉम, रिटेल और ऑयल रिफाइनिंग समेत सभी रिलायंस बिजनेस की पैरेंट कंपनी रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के चेयरमैन और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर भी होंगे।

आकाश अंबानी मुकेश अंबानी के बेटे हैं और उन्होंने रिलायंस जियो के टेलीकॉम लॉन्च, कंपनी के मोबाइल फोन के लॉन्च और विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है, जो हर ग्राहक को सस्ती कीमतों पर मोबाइल, तकनीक और हाई स्पीड इंटरनेट प्रदान करता है, कंपनी के सूत्रों ने कहा।

आकाश अंबानी ने ब्राउन यूनिवर्सिटी से अर्थशास्त्र में स्नातक की डिग्री हासिल की है। आकाश अंबानी 2012 से रिलायंस जियो के टेलीकॉम सेक्टर के हर ऑपरेशन से जुड़े हुए हैं। आकाश ने देश की मोबाइल सेवाओं को भारत में 2जी सेवा से 4जी सेवा तक ले जाने और भारत में मोबाइल और मोबाइल इंटरनेट के क्षेत्र में जियो के क्रांतिकारी कार्यों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। स्काई ने ब्लॉकचेन, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, मशीन लर्निंग और नई तकनीकों के क्षेत्रों में काम किया है। कॉरपोरेट नेताओं के अनुसार, आकाश ने 2020 में जियो में वैश्विक निवेशकों द्वारा किए गए बड़े पैमाने पर निवेश में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

 biggest businessman and Asia's biggest billionaire Mukesh Ambani has resigned as the director of Reliance Jio. Ambani had resigned as the director of the company on June 27,2022.

According to reports, son Akash Ambani will now be the chairman of Reliance Jio. Akash currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of Jio.

According to the report of November, there were reports that Mukesh Ambani might retire as a skilled entrepreneur by dividing the business of Reliance Industries among sons and daughters.

According to sources, Reliance Jio has appointed Akash Ambani as its new chairman and Pankaj Mohan Pawar as its managing director. Jio has also appointed Raminder Singh Agarwal and KV Choudhary as independent directors for five years.

However, Mukesh Ambani will continue to be the chairman of Jio Platforms Limited. Jio Platforms Limited is the sole proprietor of Reliance Jio Infocomm. Through the Jio Platforms, Reliance provides its telecom, Jio fiber, technology products and other services, and Mukesh Ambani's Khasi son has been made chairman of the board of one of its subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm. Reliance Geo Infocomm provides mobile telecom services and high speed Jio fiber services in India. Apart from this, Mukesh Ambani will also be the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, the parent company of all Reliance businesses including telecom, retail and oil refining.

Akash Ambani is the son of Mukesh Ambani and has been instrumental in the launch and development of Reliance Jio's telecom launch, the company's mobile phone, which provides mobile, technology and high-speed internet at affordable prices to every customer, company sources said.  he said.
