*Pre-Market Derivatives and Technical Set-up*

◆ Nifty index opened positive by around 100 points near to 16161 zones and then extended its move towards 16300 zones. It remained range bound in the first half followed by a strong momentum in last hour of the session. It formed a Bullish candle with hold of 50 DEMA and closed with the gains of around 230 points. It has negated the formation of lower highs of last five sessions and closed at highest levels of last twenty seven trading sessions

◆ Now, till it holds above 16161, momentum could be seen towards 16500 and 16666 zones while on the downside support exists at 16161 and 16061 zones

◆ India VIX was down by 2.50% from 17.59 to 17.16 levels. Volatility has been falling from the last four weeks and needs to sustain at lower zones for further market momentum

◆ On Option front, Maximum Call OI is at 17000 then 16500 strike while Maximum Put OI is at 15500 then 15600 strike. Marginal Call writing is seen at 16800 then 16600 strike while Put writing is seen at 16200 then 16300 strike. Option data suggests a wider trading range in between 16000 to 16650 zones

◆ Bank Nifty opened positive by around 150 points and then extended its momentum towards 35400 zones. It formed a bullish candle on daily scale after negating its lower highs - lower lows of last four trading sessions. It closed the day with the decent gains of around 675 points and managed to recover recent decline of last four sessions

◆ Now it has to hold above 35250 zones to witness an up move towards 35750 and 36000 zones while on the downside support exists at 35050 and 34750 zones

◆ Bullish setup in Cholafin, Voltas, Canfin Homes, Federal Bank, Srtransfin, INFY, Can Bank, BEL, Ultracemco, Kotak Bank, HAL, Axis Bank, ABFRL, ICICI Bank, SBI Life, SBIN, Cumminsind, LT, SRF, Bajfinance, Tatamotors, M&MFin, Grasim, Titan, IGL, Bajaj Auto, Siemens and Asian Paint
