How many bank accounts one should have?? 🤔🤔

Ideally one should have 3 bank accounts.

Lets label them as below:

1. _Income Account._

2. _Invest it Account._

3. _Spend it Account._

Lets discuss them all.

1. *Income Account:*

Use your Income Account to deposit all kinds of money inflow that you get.

Mainly Your salary income and other income like dividends, capital gain, interest income, rental income, or any other income.

2. *Invest It Account:*

Sum total of all monthly investments like SIP, Equity purchases, Gold, etc should be routed through this account.

Make a habit of transferring amount from income account to investment account before moving to spend It account & Increase it yearly with yearly increase in your income.

3. *Spend it Account*

Deposit the average amount you expend each month in this account, expenditures like rent, EMIs, food, credit card bill, utilities, etc.

It will help to control & track your monthly expenses.

🔹 This process will help you in building a good cash flow system, keep a check on your expense and know your investment capacity.
